In a Minnesota conference the Rose family hears God’s call to plant Oasis in Amherst, VA.
November 15, 2008
A vision casting meeting is held for the goals of Oasis Church.
January 4, 2009
Bubba Rose and Nedra Rose move to Virginia from Charlotte, NC.
January 18, 2009
Core team gatherings begin for Oasis Church.
March 2009
First life groups begin meeting in the town of Amherst.
April 5, 2009
The church hosts a pilot service in Amherst High School’s cafeteria.
April 12, 2009
The church launches on Easter Sunday.
Spring 2011
Additional life groups launch in Madison Heights, Monroe, and Lynchburg.
December 2011
The purchase of Oasis’ main campus occurs at 165 Melody Lane.
January 2012
Oasis Church plants first daughter church – River Church, Madison Heights, VA.
August 2012
Pastor Brady Rose joins the pastors team as an associate.
August 1, 2014
Oasis’ campus expands campus by buying additional property.
